Meeting Notices and Agendas
Board meetings and monthly business meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month at 3:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public. All meetings of the Board of Directors are held at the Penrose Water District Office unless otherwise posted.
Notice of all meetings are posted at the Penrose Water District District Office, the Penrose Post Office, and the Penrose Neighborhood Market 24-72 hours before the meeting. All Special Meetings are posted at these listed locations, as well as at the Fremont County Clerk & Recorder's Office.
The following locations are designated as the public places for posting all notices of meetings as required by law:

Before moving dirt in any way, call the Utility Notification Center of Colorado. UNCC will contact all utility companies located in the area to locate and mark their underground utilities. This service is offered at no charge to you. Call 811 at least three working days before you dig.
