Your complete account number must be included in order to apply payments to the correct account on the date received. Please include your account number when mailing payment(s). Missing account information may cause a delay in posting payment(s) to account(s).
Cash payments are always accepted when paying in person.
PAYMENT DROP BOX AVAILABLE
We have a convenient drive-thru drop box on the west side of our office building and a walk-up drop box at our front door. This may be the best option to get your payment to us in the fastest manner possible. It is very easy to get in and out of parking lots, and we have customer support available for those that need it.
Payments dropped in any of our drop boxes are picked up daily and processed within the next business day. Cash payments in the drop boxes are not recommended. Enclose a check or money order made payable to Penrose Water District in your payment envelope (with your account number). This is the best way to ensure your payment made in-person is correctly applied to your account.
