You Can Pay Your Bill Online

Penrose Water District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Our online payment portal allows you to make a payment or set up automatic payments using a debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not take American Express.
Credit Card Payments
- Effective April 1, 2021, a convenience fee of $2.35 or 3% of the payment, whichever is greater, will be applied at the end of the transaction.
- Note: It is important that you enter your account number exactly as it appears on your bill.
- Payments are due by the 14th of each month, or you may incur a late fee.

Penrose Water District provides multiple methods for customers to pay their bills aside from paying your bill online. If you need help with any of the payment methods below, please call us at (719) 372-3289 during normal operating hours.

Your complete account number must be included in order to apply payments to the correct account on the date received. Please include your account number when mailing payment(s). Missing account information may cause a delay in posting payment(s) to account(s).
Cash payments are always accepted when paying in person.
We have a convenient drive-thru drop box on the west side of our office building and a walk-up drop box at our front door. This may be the best option to get your payment to us in the fastest manner possible. It is very easy to get in and out of parking lots, and we have customer support available for those that need it.
Payments dropped in any of our drop boxes are picked up daily and processed within the next business day. Cash payments in the drop boxes are not recommended. Enclose a check or money order made payable to Penrose Water District in your payment envelope (with your account number). This is the best way to ensure your payment made in-person is correctly applied to your account.

Bill Pay Through Financial Institution
Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill pay service. Depending on the financial institution, there may be fees for this service. Please consult with your bank for more information, including any timing delays with the release of payments.
